چکیده
Obesity is strongly associated with the degree of inflammation characterised by proinflammatory cytokines, such as tumour necrosis factor-? (TNF-?). Lifestyle modification exercise right strategy because it can stimulate interleukin 6 (IL-6) secretion which acts an anti-inflammatory. This study aimed to analyse response interval and continuous inflammatory markers in obese women. Twenty-four women participated this were randomly divided into 3 groups: CONG (n=8, control group without any intervention): MCEG group) MIEG group). ELISA was used measure levels IL-6 TNF-?, pre-exercise post-exercise. The data analysed using paired sample t-test. mean post-exercise, 19.35±2.73 vs 19.36±2.23 pg/ml (P=0.989) CONG, 19.42±2.79 16.63±0.82 (P=0.017) MCEG, 19.46±3.08 16.96±2.11 (P=0.079) MIEG. Mean IL-6, 7.56±2.88 7.66±4.12 (P=0.957) for 7.68±3.41 13.97±2.38 (P=0.001) 7.78±1.99 13.66±3.55 We concluded that decreased pro-inflammatory increased anti-inflammatory cytokines.

The effect of exercise status on response of homocysteine and insulin resistance to aerobic exercise in postmenopausal obese women
Homocysteine and insulin resistance in postmenoupausal women rises due to decrease in estrogen, low mobility and weight gain which increase the cardiovascular diseases. The aim of this study was to examine the effects of aerobic exercise training status on response of homocysteine and insulin resistance to aerobic exercise in active and nonactive obese postmenopausal women. Therefore, 21 obese ...

Introduction: Physical activity and obesity affect the release of effective adipokines. In this regard, the present study investigated the effects of intermittent and continuous exercise in water and land (running on a treadmill) on visfatin, insulin, and blood glucose in pre and post menopausal obese women. Methods: In this quasi-experimental study, 18 obese women of Bandar Abbas City were ...
متن کاملEffect of resistance exercise training on biochemical markers and anthropometric characteristics involved in atherosclerosis in obese women
Introduction: Obese individuals have elevated levels of inflammatory and cell adhesion molecules that can critically induce the occurrence of atherosclerosis. Aerobic exercise training reduces biochemical markers and anthropometric characteristics involved in atherosclerosis. However, little is known about the effect of resistance exercise training on these biomarkers. This study aimed to inves...
